💧掛耳咖啡的沖泡步驟說明:
1. 沿上層虛線撕開封條
Tear filter at top along perforation.
2. 預備一個咖啡杯,拉開兩邊紙耳仔掛喺杯邊
Pull bottom of hangers away from filter.
3. 先注入少量水約10ml左右,使咖啡粉先「悶蒸」約10-15秒
Prepared about 200ml hot water, first pour in about 10ml for infiltrate.
4. 悶蒸後以持續注水為標準可分多次注入熱水,之後棄掉啡包
Pour hot water (90–92°C / abt 200ml); remove & discard the used filter.
5. 約150-200ml成品

Tips:10g coffee = 100ml water
