+ 🍊🍐🍓加洲果夢 California Dreaming 咖啡掛耳包🍊🍐🍓 處理方法： 熱帶水果花蜜水洗 Washed – Tropical Nectar 風味： 柑橘、加州李、莓果 Citrus, Plum, Berry 這款來自哥倫比亞 Monteblanco 農莊的 Caturra Bourbon 咖啡豆，採用淺焙和熱帶水果花蜜水洗處理，入口帶有明亮的柑橘、加州李子和莓果香氣，層次豐富，口感清新，非常適合手沖，讓你每一口都感受到夏日果香的活力。 California Dreaming is a light roast Colombia Monteblanco Caturra Bourbon, processed with a unique tropical nectar washed method. Expect vibrant notes of citrus, plum, and berry—refreshing, juicy, and layered. Perfect for pour-over, it brings a burst of summer fruitiness to every cup! 🍊 每包15g+/- ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ 💧掛耳咖啡的沖泡步驟說明： 1. 沿上層虛線撕開封條 Tear filter at top along perforation. 2. 預備一個咖啡杯，拉開兩邊紙耳仔掛喺杯邊 Pull bottom of hangers away from filter. 3. 先注入少量水約10ml左右，使咖啡粉先「悶蒸」約10-15秒 Prepared about 200ml hot water, first pour in about 10ml for infiltrate. 4. 悶蒸後以持續注水為標準可分多次注入熱水，之後棄掉啡包 Pour hot water (90–92°C / abt 200ml); remove & discard the used filter. 5. 約150-200ml成品 Enjoy your little coffee!!
